Vroxify respects intellectual property rights and expects all users and partners to do the same. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international law.

Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. Identification of the infringing material on Vroxify (exact URL(s) to the content)
3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including:

• Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
• Your physical or electronic signature

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files court action.

Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights will have their accounts terminated in appropriate circumstances.

Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
