By accessing or using Vroxify at https://vroxify.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vroxify. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content: You retain ownership of original content you upload. By posting content on Vroxify or Studio, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote your content on and in connection with the platform (including syndication to partner surfaces where enabled).

Our content: Vroxify branding, software, design, and licensed catalog content are owned by Vroxify or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content without proper age controls
• Circumvent DRM, geo-restrictions, or technical access controls
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the service without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with the security or operation of Vroxify
• Violate our Community Guidelines or applicable law

If you believe content on Vroxify infringes your copyright, follow the procedure in our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

Vroxify may display advertisements to users and offer monetization tools to creators and advertisers. Additional terms may apply to advertising purchases via ads.vroxify.com. See our Advertising Policy.

Our platform may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (including Google AdSense). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Vroxify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vroxify and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vroxify from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice. You may stop using Vroxify at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Vroxify operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
