How Vroxify, its infrastructure providers, and future advertising services handle data.
Who operates Vroxify
Vroxify is a Shoort Media product. This policy covers vroxify.com and the tools published on it. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions, access or deletion requests, corrections, or consent-related concerns.
Browser-first tool data
When a tool says it is processed in your browser, its input and generated result stay on your device and are not uploaded to Vroxify. This currently includes the published text, calculation, image, and PDF tools. Files remain subject to your browser and device storage behavior, so remove downloads or local history yourself when needed.
Saved-tool and recent-tool shortcuts are stored in local browser storage on the device where you use them. They are not synced to an account, and you can clear them from the My tools page or through browser controls.
If a future feature requires server or AI processing, the tool will identify what is transmitted before processing begins. Vroxify will not silently route a browser-only tool through an AI or advertising service.
Security and operational logs
Cloudflare provides DNS, proxy, TLS, firewall, and abuse-prevention services. Cloudflare and the Vroxify origin may process request information such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, response status, user agent, and security signals. Vroxify origin access and error logs are rotated daily and normally retained for no more than 14 days, unless a shorter period applies or a specific security incident or legal obligation requires limited additional retention.
Tool inputs, generated results, passwords, API keys, and file contents must not be placed in analytics events or routine access logs. Do not submit secrets or regulated personal information to a general-purpose tool.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Vroxify may use essential storage needed for security and consent choices. Optional analytics and Google AdSense ad serving remain disabled until the related privacy, consent, and product gates are complete.
If Google ads are enabled, Google and other approved advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to deliver, measure, protect, and—where the user permits—personalize advertising. Vroxify will present a Google-certified consent mechanism where required and will not send tool inputs or generated results to advertising systems as targeting data.
Your choices and rights
You can block or clear cookies through your browser and, when a consent message is available, change or withdraw your optional choices through that message. Blocking essential security storage may prevent parts of the service from working.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Email [email protected] with the request and the country or region that applies. Vroxify may need to verify the request and may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or law.
Children and policy changes
Vroxify is a general-audience productivity service and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the tools to submit personal information about a child.
This policy is updated when the product, vendors, or data practices materially change. The effective date above records the latest substantive review.
